They forget items from online orders ALL the time. And 9 times out of 10 the item is on the receipt. It's disappointing, especially since I'm being charged for it.
My husband and I usually love this place but yesterday he was completely disgusted by it. Two spoons into his soup he pulls a long hair out his mouth. He didn't get mad or anything just asked for another soup. Then as he is almost done with his salad he pulls another hair out his mouth. We couldn't believe it. Once is not okay but twice is disgusting. I took the what was left from the meal to the counter to show the staff without making the scene but my husband was so upset he humbly declined the offer of a refund. But he assured them he will not return to this location.

My chicken noodle soup was horrible there were only 2 noodles in my soup! I am not ordering from there again. Staff is very rude and they put 2 muffins in 1 box
