Awful customer service. The girls are more concerned with caking even more makeup on their overdone faces than helping a customer. Go to Sephora they are much more knowledgeable and friendlier. Won't be back here.
I WOULD GIVE LOWER THAN ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE!!! I had an appointment booked way ahead of time for my girlfriend and when we went in for her hair coloring they said they didn't HAVE TIME FOR HER AND SHE CAN ONLY DO HALF OF WHAT SHE ASKED FOR!! Apparently "she was very over booked"
I placed an order on November 22 and chose the option to get a variety sampler. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the sampler. I was told by Sean R. that my samples would be shipped to me but provided no order or tracking number. Then Tara D. who stated she’s a supervisor suggested I give the customer service number a call. I called and I spoke to someone who said they couldn’t resend the samples “because they don’t have that option and the warehouse is very busy” which isn’t my problem, I’m a customer; but they would process a $5 gift card and I should receive it by the end of the day which I never did. This is by far the worst online shoppinng epxerience I’ve ever had and Its also my first online shopping experience with Ulta Beauty. I’m very upset that no one is listening to me and its honestly bs that I can’t get any type of information about whats gonna be done. I don’t want a $5 gift card. I just want the samples I was told I would receive and never did in the first place. And as for the customer service experience I’m appalld that it would even be considered customer service because no one has even in the slightest tried to reslove this issue. I was also an employee at Ulta at one point and I loved all the products and samples. Samples are important because they promote more sales. You send me some great samples, I’ll probably end up buying the full size afterwards and Ulta earns money. But I guess you don’t want my money since the effort to resend a package is very minimal and no one has done anything except waste my time and effort. Please fix it. If not thanks for nothing.
No body should get their eyebrows done there they are very bad with eyebrows they did a very bad job if I did them by my own I will do much better than them and they charge $21 very very bad experience
I visited the Clark store and wanted to make a hair salon appt for me and my cousin. They looked at us and said “We don’t know how to cut your type of hair”. They did not want to make the appt. I convinced the stylists that my hair is no different than hers. Not that it should matter, our hair was straight but we both have brown skin. Go figure. I will never shop at Ulta again. I also agree with the others about general service lacking even normal standards. Perhaps it’s just the Clark Ulta. I visited other Ultas and my experience has not been as bad, although still not up to other similar places.
