Nice bit of open space which was formerly a golf course. Good for walking. The park hosts concerts in season and also has an archery range.
Wonderful venue for a summer concert. Great job Union County and American Rapture did a excellent job. Lots of fun and good music on a beautiful night at a great location.
Formerly Oak Ridge Golf Course, the park is now open to walkers, joggers, bicyclists, conscientious dog walkers, and those who miss relative tranquility and open space in the midst of suburbia. Bordering Ashbrook Swamp Reservation and the old (still active) Conrail tracks, this has always been a favorite place of mine and friends to get some peace and exercise.
Nice place to run, walk, ride a bike and so on. Very safe.
Union County converted a golf field into a county park, which is a big boost to the health of the residents living around it.It has paved paths for walking, running and biking.It has an archery range. It is a historical site of an old farm house and the American Revolutionary War. Picnic tables and benches along the paths.
